• Master of Science in Counseling degree from Prescott College, 2021. Emphasis in Somatic-Oriented Counseling. Masters Paper on mental health and climate resilience. My coursework included training in nature and art-based approaches, multi-cultural and liberation counseling, and dream work.

• Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Colorado, 2006.

• Arabic Language Study at the American University in Cairo. 2003-04. Although I am not fluent and cannot provide therapy in Arabic, I am a low-to-intermediate Arabic speaker.

• Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), State of Colorado.

• Level 2 AEDP Therapist. AEDP stands for Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, which is a relational and somatic approach to trauma healing. 30-hour Immersion Training and the 65-hour Essential Skills Training.

• Ordained Minister, Universal Life Church

• Certified in Basic Life Support/CPR/AED.
